We have been looking into Caroline Spelman’s expense irregularities for some weeks. On the basis of what we have discovered we are considering making a formal complaint to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards, John Lyon.

Immediately after the Charity Commission report into the Smith Institute was released Sunlight COPs made a Freedom of Information application for documents associated with the investigation.
